This is among the first products that I have helped to create for helping others to achieve their goals. If you bear with me for a minute I'll give you a bit of my background, which will help you understand why I think you'll be thankful for the day you invested in “The Guru Bypass System”. I'm 57 years old and been online since I don't know when. My offline career has mainly been centered around the Building Industry, It's only in the last 4 years I have really tried to make an income from the net.....with no success lol. I must have been a sellers dream because I was always jumping for the next must have product. Even the few ebooks I sold on ebay didn't cover the costs of my listings and I can't remember ever having sold an affiliate product......... Until Now.
Months ago I took a step back from my online endeavours and was on the verge of quitting altogether, (but I can guarantee to you I am not a quitter!) Anyhow after a few months sabbatical I decided to venture back into the online world. Here we go again..no sales. I was reading every book I could get my hands on I tried all sorts of stuff. I even ventured in PPC (I must just love throwing my money away.) Then I was searching the net for something for my daughter and I came across a site that somehow clicked a switch on in my head. Maybe I could use this for my online marketing. After 'playing' about with the idea and eventually developing a 'simple system' to use it, I contacted one of the marketers I'd had help from on numerous occasions in the past. That marketer was Randy Smith.
Randy offered me help and advice which improved the system, and then shared his marketing knowledge to take things further, allowing me to build the system to what it is now – to a point where I do have profitable websites, am making money for the first time ever, and building my own mailing lists! The results have been staggering (for me at least). I have made sales of clickbank products, My 1st sale bought me $44 courtesy of planetsms (John Thornhill) whom some of you may know.
I have since made sales for many other affiliate products and it takes me about ten minutes a day to do it. More excitingly I used this method to start to build a mailing list with outstanding results. I found that initially I could use the method without any costs and the results happened within days. This is very important for people who are struggling to get results as it encourages you to keep doing what works and stops you from diving into that next must have product mentality again. I knew I had something special, But I also knew I did not have the talents to put together the product myself so who do I turn to for help?. Who better than Randy? All who know him knows he knows the industry, And I've personally known Randy for a couple of years at least. Add to that the fact that I hadn't spoken to him for 8 months or a year when I approached him about the system – yet he still remembered me from our previous chats. When I asked him if he could help me to produce a product based on what I was doing he said “no problem” even before I showed him what I was up to..that's the kind of Guy he is.
This guy will go out of his way to help anyone he can as he has proved over and over again. He has the experience of creating top selling products and runs his own membership site that really over delivers in quality and value for money. So that's my story. I'm no expert. I'm just another struggling marketer who has finally stopped struggling thanks to the help and support of a few marketers whom I've grown to trust, and thanks to a lucky break in seeing the potential of a system – and then following it through to where I'm now in a different place to those years of nothingness.... And this is my attempt to help those who are just like I was – people like you – who just want a system that WILL work and get you on the road to success without all the costly detours. My path has been very similar in that I've been on the internet for a very long time. My first ever computer was a Tandy-RadioShack Color Computer II (think dinosaur, and you've got it).
My offline life has been spent mainly as a corporate trainer especially in the food & beverage part of the hospitality industry. I've probably forgot more than most people know about restaurants. As I have a passion for training, I hope to be able to guide you on your path to success.
I'm 41 years old as I write this. On my 37th birthday, I really took an interest in making money online. My parents were both in bad health, and were so relatively poor that neither one could afford to retire when they reached retirement age. I didn't want to end up working very hard my whole life only to have nothing to show for it. I didn't want to be my dad.
I tried to learn as much as possible about making money online, so much so, that I got caught in what's called the "paralysis of analysis". I kept trying to learn more, and trying to learn more, and doing nothing... NOTHING to actually earn more.
I had a few small successes along the way, in fact, the first thing I ever sold online was an e-book I wrote about Halloween and pumpkins. I put a lot of hard work into it, created a salespage for it that was pretty cool, and sold exactly 1 copy.
Let that sink in... I did a whole lot of work and sold 1 copy.
That is just not the way to do things. To be truly successful at online marketing, you should be able to do work once and have it sell over and over for you. It seems that despite all that I had learned, I still needed to learn more.
Unlike many people who set out to make their fortunes online, it was not that I was taking no action, rather I was taking the WRONG actions. I'd create a website, setup a blog, create another website, setup a blog, and keep doing it until at one point I had over 8 blogs! I couldn't keep up!
Then, something happened that changed me. I tried out some sites that you click to view an ad, and get paid a penny or so for your time. What changed me was the fact you could rent referrals instead of having to recruit your friends and family. To my surprise, I started to make a little positive cash flow. Nothing to write home about, but it showed me the importance of working with other people to achieve a common goal.
I had been trying to go it alone for so long, that I fell into one of the simplest traps there is. Everything I had read or learned said not to do it all yourself, but I must have thought I was different.
I was WRONG!
I sought out like minded people, and found myself in a forum trying to help others avoid the pitfalls I had encountered. No matter what the problem, if I knew an answer, I was happy to help in any way I could. That is where I met Anton.
When I first got involved with Membership Profits, it was totally Antons baby. Being a wise, battle-scarred veteran of internet marketing, Anton reached out to those of us in the forum to help him fine tune his site. I was happy to help. He later approached me and asked me to partner with him. I saw the opportunity, and seized the moment. The rest is history...
